Portsmouth to design public wayfinding system

Monday, February 11, 2013

A public meeting, Introduction to Wayfinding, will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 13, at 6 p.m. in the Levenson Community Room at the Portsmouth Public Library.

The City of Portsmouth is embarking upon an exciting new project to design a public wayfinding system (e.g. signs, directionals, etc.) that will provide the public with information that is not only clear and concise, but also very inviting. The wayfinding system will assist in effectively navigating the public to their destination within the city by means of motor vehicle, bicycle and foot.
